1. Therapeutic indications:

Acute respiratory failure: stimulate ventilation in ICU patients.
Stimulate ventilation in the post-operative period.

2. Dosage:

For treatment of respiratory failure: 1.5 – 4 mg/min.
Following anesthesia, the recommended dosage is 2-3 mg/minutes.
